You’re in the growth stage
Good for you! You’re on the path to success. Of course, there’s always room for improvement (not to mention all kinds of surprises can pop up!). So, it’s important to make sure all your strategies, messaging, and tactics are as effective as they can be. Any yellows and reds you marked should be your first targets.
RELY ON…
Organization. You’re keeping track of metrics and you’re looking for ways to test every aspect of your funnel to bump those metrics moving in the right direction. Keep that momentum.
Messaging. You’re saying the right thing at the right time in the right way to your audience. Keep an eye on how your prospective customers are talking and refine your messaging so it continues to resonate.
Delegation. What are you still doing that someone else on your team can do? If you haven’t added team members, what would freeing up some of your time mean for what your business is able to achieve?
WATCH OUT FOR…
Burnout. Put as much (if not more!) focus on yourself as you do your business. Whether that’s a vacation or hiring a team member (or both), you need to protect your time and energy—you are your company’s most important asset.
Stagnation. Marketing is always evolving, so ensure you’re staying on top of trends and testing new tactics to see what works best for you and your business.
Limits. Just as it’s possible to set goals too high, it’s easy to set goals too low. If you’re knocking your goals out of the park, it may be time to reassess those goals and what other tactics you can use to achieve them. Dream bigger.
Your #1 Next Step
Your business is humming along. But you have the potential to achieve so much more.
If you’re relying solely on live launching, what would it mean to combine live launching with an automated system? If you didn’t have to live launch and could make sales every single day on autopilot, what would that mean for you—and your customers?
It’s time to reassess your goals and make sure you’re identifying opportunities to achieve even more than you ever thought possible.
Questions to Consider
Get out a notebook or open a Google doc and spend some time answering these key questions
- Are you setting your goals high enough?
- What limits are you placing on yourself—and your business?
- Where are there opportunities to grow?
- What do you want to try that makes you uncomfortable?
- What opportunities do you have to expand your offer or add offers that further support your current customers?
A Little Inspiration from Other Entrepreneurs
It’s always inspiring to see what other entrepreneurs are doing in their businesses. (Plus, it’s a savvy CEO move to steal the best tactics!) Hear from just a few Circuit Sales System entrepreneurs to hear how they’re using their Circuits to serve more customers, power more sales, and have a great impact.
“Since I have turned my Circuit on, I have made a sale every single day. And not only that, I more than doubled the price of my program implementing the Circuit.”
Natali Edmonds
Owner, Dementia Careblazers“We combined [CSS] with our live launches and … our sales this year are up by 50% … We’re basically in third year and we are actually hoping to have a multiple 7-figure year.”
Carina Gardner
CEO, Design Suite“My Circuit alone, including ad spend, is running at an 83% profit margin … at one point, I had a week that I had 10% conversion… on people who were just sitting on my list!”
