We got into business to create amazing, valuable offers that transform our customers lives—not to spend every waking minute stuck at our desks running our businesses.

So, let’s stop wasting time on stuff that doesn’t work (I’m looking at you, evergreen) and leave the unpredictability and chaos of live launching and bootcamps and challenges behind.

While everyone else is scrambling to try the next new thing “everybody’s doing,” let’s sit back, watch our sales predictably roll in, provide some top-quality content to our customers, and then spend quality time doing the things we love with the people we love.

Clearly, running a business still takes work. But we can do it by being smart, and strategic, and dialing in on principles, practices, and systems that work.

At the end of 2018, after struggling with my business for six years and trying aaaaaall the things, I finally leaned into what I knew (messaging and consumer behavior) and what I’d learned (systems!) to create a solution of my own.
