The word "impossible" on a piece of paper with scissors separating the m and p to show it's cutting to say "possible."

Switching From Live Online Course Launching to Selling on Autopilot

If you’re thinking, “my program is live, so I have to live launch,” I’m going to gently and lovingly challenge you a bit on this one. Making the switch from live course launching to autopilot sounds impossible…until you actually stop and explore the possibilities.

And that’s what I’m going to encourage you to do today. Exploring the possibilities doesn’t mean you have to make a dramatic change right this second. It means you’re open to exploring new directions that may, ultimately, be better for your business.

Of course, switching to an evergreen model isn’t the solution. (Learn more about why evergreen sales pages don’t convert >>)

The solution is mixing the excitement of live launching (without the high stress and revenue risk) with the consistency of evergreen (without the low conversions, low urgency, and low energy).

Give Your Customers What They Want, When They Want It

One of the biggest problems with live launching is it’s on our schedules. We pick the day and time and, frankly, expect people to make their plans around ours.

And then, if we have a live program, we expect people to put aside everything else they have in their life to show up when it’s convenient for us.

Instead, could you make your program self-paced so that people have the freedom to get through it at a timing and pace that works for them, instead of making them adhere to your schedule?

You could still incorporate live elements and touch points that motivate your audience to take action. But the core of your training and course would be available for your customers to consume when and where it was convenient for them.

You may find that even more people are willing to purchase your offer because they have the flexibility to actually show up and put in the work when it’s convenient for them.

Switch Up How You Think About Live Coaching

In case you missed it earlier: switching from live course launching to autopilot doesn’t mean you have to give up live elements of your program.

Instead, could any live coaching that you do still be live but you answer questions from people at all stages of the journey? Having customers at all levels on a live call gives the newer ones insight and inspiration for what’s coming up. Long-time customers get valuable reminders of what they might have learned but let slip their minds.

It’s your business so it’s up to you, but I know a lot of business owners who’ve been adamant that their program had to be live…until they started thinking about it in a different way.

Combining Live Launching with a Circuit

If you’re seeing some success with live launching, you may be hesitant to give it up completely. You certainly don’t have to. You may decide to ease out of live launching. Or you may decide that you want to continue doing a few launches each year in combination with your automated sales system. That’s what one Circuit Sales System entrepreneur, Carina, is doing.

Carina has a ton of success with live launching. But she knew it was limiting her revenue potential. Looking for a way to combine live launching with recurring, automated income, she built a Circuit, too. Hear how Carina is taking her multi-six-figure business to multi-seven figures >>

The possibilities for how you build your business are endless if you get a little creative and lean into what can work for you.

Your Turn!
