Short of cloning herself, Nicola needed a way to serve more coaches.
That’s when she found the Circuit Sales System and, well, spoiler: she had a 14% conversion to sales when she flipped on her Circuit—with 0 paid advertising.

[05:26] Nicola shares how her journey empowering women in business started. For the last five years, she’s been helping coaches to build their businesses. Her big audacious goal is to empower 1 million people.
[06:29] Nicola’s biggest passion—and the core of what she does—is her one-to-one coaching services. “That is where the magic happens for me and the sort of support that my client wants.”
[10:38] In business, you can have clarity. You can have crafted a brilliant strategy. And you can have the best lay plans. But if you don’t have your inner resources right, it’s still going to be a grind. You are not going to be in that magical place of flow.
[14:11] The core of Nicola’s business model before CSS, and still to a degree, is one-to-one coaching. Nicola accompanies entrepreneurs on that journey of implementing everything and making their visions a reality.
[15:58] The marketing strategies Nicola focuses on in her own business are similar to the strategies that she uses with her one-on-one clients. It’s not about high volume, low ticket. It’s more high-touch, personalized marketing strategies.
[18:07] Nicola published her first book, the Invisible Revolution, about seven years ago. It’s specifically written for moms in business. It was listed in the Independence 10 best business books written by women.
[19:31] As entrepreneurs, we want to be growing our income, but we don’t want to end up working more and longer hours. So, Nicola had a mission to grow her business and increase coaching income while reducing the number of hours she was working.
[21:32] As entrepreneurs, we feel called to serve. We really want to help our clients. But how do we do that in a way that it’s win-win for us and them? You need to find the formula that is right for you: How much time do you have and want to dedicate to working in and on your business?
[26:00] It’s about problem solving or being of service. When we get our marketing right, a sale is a natural outcome of that. That’s what Nicola did and that was her aim when she came to the Circuit Sales System.
[29:00] With the Circuit Sales System, Nicola felt it was the perfect balance of having a proven strategy and framework, with the ability to pour herself and her personalized touch into the framework or container of CSS.
[30:00] Nicola shares that she started with sending only pure organic traffic to her Circuit, no paid advertising. Her Circuit started off with a roughly 30% sign up rate and 14% conversion to sales.
[32:26] “What the Circuit Sales System has done for me, it has achieved that goal of giving me that extra chunk of regular monthly income so that I can focus, worry-free on writing. I take care of my one-to-one clients. I’ve been able to keep my coaching schedule a little bit tighter to create some space for my Miracle Marketing book. It’s been perfect.”
[34:36] Nicola does some work in the corporate space and she writes all her own copy. “But for a digital funnel, the copy becomes paramount and the devil’s in the detail. That’s what I really loved about the CSS program where you guys are copywriting veterans.”
[39:45] A great skill of brilliant copywriters is that the great ones have a magical ability to really get under the skin into the heads and hearts and soul of the person that they’re writing for.
[41:45] “I can see that the Circuit I’ve got now it’s doing its job.” Nicola shares she will iterate on her Circuit, but it will be so much easier because “it’s “almost like a copy/paste tweak.”
[46:35] “The beauty of CSS is that it brings in a time sensitivity deadlines for your future clients but in a way that is really authentic.”
