Taking 10 days to recover from just showing up live for just 30 minutes…it’s no wonder Megan started looking for ways to free up both time and emotional energy in running her business. And as a time management expert for women, it was especially important to let her audience purchase on their schedule, not hers.
After going “all in” with her Circuit, Megan has taken her business to new heights, where she considers a profit margin of 60% to be a BAD week (it’s usually running at 83%)! Tune in to discover the strategies that have DOUBLED Megan’s revenue versus last year—without relying on big live events.

A Sneak Peek at the Episode
[2:59] Megan is a time management expert for women. She teaches a system to help women get back in the driver seat of their time and calendar and juggle #allthethings.
[6:38] As our world continues to change, and our understanding of the human brain evolves, Megan continues to strive to learn and grow and stay on top of the trends so she can best help her clients.
[7:54] The CSS allowed Megan to scale, grow her reach, and increase her revenue and profit without disrupting the boundaries that are important to her with her time.
[9:34] Before automating her sales, Megan built an Evergreen webinar thinking that was just going to bring in money on autopilot. But in four months, she made just two sales.
[11:24] Megan shifted to holding one big live event per quarter. They yielded large profits but she found it emotionally exhausting and wanted more consistent monthly revenue.
[14:05] Even though Megan has automated her sales, she can still hold live events when it works for her. And because she is no longer relying on those live events for sales, she can come into them with a much different energy than before.
[17:04] Before she went all in on the true Circuit Sales System, Megan had some hesitations such as not having her program available on her website all the time. But these stemmed from fear rather than her own marketing knowledge.
[21:46] Megan has found that how she drives people to her Circuit is just as important as the product she has developed.
[23:36] Megan has now started seeing people come through and purchase in their second sales sequence—which feels like free money!
[26:56] The assets that you spend your time creating for the Circuit are not limited to the Circuit itself. Megan repurposed content from her Circuit when she gave a talk and it more than doubled her conversions!
[29:24] What appealed to Megan about the CSS course was Nicki’s copywriting expertise and the fact she had used the system herself for her own courses.
[34:35] Megan’s core program sells for $597, and she launched her circuit by inviting people already on her mailing list. She saw up to a 10% conversion rate with that first launch. Now, her Circuit alone, including ad spend, is running at an 83% profit margin!
[42:04] Now that Megan is no longer spending so much time and energy doing live launches, she has more time to explore all of the different kinds of ways to get people into her Circuit (Facebook ads is not the only way!).
Must-Hear Takeaways
As with every episode, we highly encourage you to listen to the entire conversation! But, here are a few of the highlights:
“I get super excited that I can look at my revenue from the Circuit and my Circuit alone, including ad spend, is running at an 83% profit margin.” – Megan
“At one point, I had a week that I had 10% conversion, organically, on people who were just sitting on my list. That’s huge!” – Megan
““I have had a couple weeks now where my cold traffic ads are converting at 2.5-3%. So, is every week like that? Of course not, it isn’t for anyone’s business. But it’s every week if it’s a lower week, it’s never been back down to zero.” – Megan
“Have I mastered it? No. Has it been scary? Hell yes. But am I very profitable and getting a cost per customer at a fantastic rate? You bet! So I get continued validation that I what I have built 100% works and sells my system.” – Megan
“What I love now is … what I consider a ‘bad’ week is ‘oh, my profit margin was only at 60% this week.’ But looking at my revenue at this time of year versus last time of year, it’s almost doubled, and I haven’t done any of the big live events that I had done before. – Megan
