The “everybody’s-doing-it” marketing tactics can work…until they don’t. And when Circuit Sales System student Felicia noticed buyers becoming more cautious and taking longer to convert, she knew she needed to find a different way of selling.
Not only did flipping on her Circuit allow her to create a six-figure launch in 45 days (!!), it also meant she could focus more on the people already in her community. In this episode, Felicia shares all the benefits she’s enjoying from having a predictable sales model and reminds us why building the right mindset is just as important as the strategy piece.

[2:23] Our hosts are joined by CSS student and founder of the Wealthy Wellness Coach, Felicia Romero. Nicki recently appeared on Felicia’s own podcast Hi Felicia, which she has built up over the last four and a half years.
[5:13] Felicia originally started out studying law but found her passion in fitness. She became a coach and opened several gyms and was able to gain exposure after appearing in magazines like Oxygen and Muscle & Fitness Hers.
[8:01] Over the last few years, Felicia sold her businesses and transitioned into the online space. Implementing the CSS has helped her make more of an impact with her audience and still do in-person live events while having an online course.
[9:20] Live launching worked for a couple of years, but it was exhausting. And as consumer behavior started to shift, it was no longer effective. The CSS offered a better way of selling and allowed Felicia to focus more on people already in her community.
[11:52] Felicia loved how digestible the videos were in the CSS course and it made her reassess the length of her own videos and mini courses to make them more accessible.
[12:33] Felicia had tried going evergreen before but found there just wasn’t enough urgency. The urgency that her Circuit created made a huge difference to her business.
[17:04] Despite her ads not working as she’d hoped, Felicia was able to create a six-figure launch in 45 days after she’d turned on her Circuit!
[17:45] Felicia encourages us to take our emotion out of your business numbers and look at the data in a very neutral and objective way—your mindset is just as important as the strategy piece.
[23:07] It’s easy for entrepreneurs to get caught up in the numbers but it’s important to dig into the “big why” behind our business and why it matters to take action.
[24:01] Felicia started to realize that after hitting business milestones, she would still feel unsatisfied. This prompted her to focus more on gratitude and appreciation, which had a powerful effect.
[27:50] Felicia loves the predictable sales model because you’re able to have a peaceful, steady income—you’re not placing a lot of stress on your nervous system like with live launching.
[29:45] Within just two months of joining the CSS, Felicia was ready to flip on her Circuit. She puts this down to focusing on income-producing activities and embodying the mindset of the person she wanted to become.
[33:49] Most of Felicia’s sales came from her email list, social media, and podcasting.
[35:44] Felicia recommends featuring on other people’s podcasts regularly to increase exposure with new audiences. Plus, you can repurpose podcast appearances to save time creating content!
